Return and Refund Policy

At Gulabsingh Johrimal, your requirement is our command. We aim to give you the best quality product with 100% satisfaction at your end. It is our constant aim to provide convenience to our customers. However, if for any reason you’re dissatisfied with our products, it is our responsibility to provide you the right help.
It is to be mentioned that the product must be returned in its original packaging with all the parts and original invoice for a refund. Please make sure that the product(s) are properly packed while you are returning them.
It is also to be mentioned that if Incorrect Product(s) is handed by you to our Courier Service Partner, Gulabsingh Johrimal will not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such Incorrect product(s) while in conveyance or otherwise.

How does it work?
After the purchase of a product, if you are unsatisfied or discontent with the product(s) you have received, it is our duty to guide you with it. Return is available in case order has been shipped from our warehouse and has been delivered to the customer’s location.
However, it is to be mentioned, our return policy will only be applicable, if the purchased product(s) are faulty or damaged.
To navigate your grievances, raise a ticket for the return of the product(s) by sending an email at our customer care forum, info@gulabsinghjohrimal.com.
It is our request to please wait patiently in subsequent of raising your ticket. Our Customer Care team will reach out to you within 24-48 hours of your expressed objection.
The Customer Care team takes full responsibility of getting in touch with you and verifying the issue.
The verification process may take some time, but once settled upon, our courier partner, will come to your address and pickup up the product(s).

The entire amount paid by you (excluding shipping charges) for the product through any of the payment modes, will be returned to you in a bank account through which the payment was made within a duration of 7 working days. Bank details will be taken during refund process. Please ensure that the details that you enter are correct. Gulabsingh Johrimal will not validate a Bank Account Number and is not responsible for funds transferred to an unintended recipient. Please note that the shipping charges are non-refundable.
