Rumi by the heritage house of Gulabsingh Johrimal
If one has to capture the feeling of dancing onto the old Punjabi number ‘Oh ho ho Ishq Tera Tadpave’ by @sukhbir_singer and make a perfume out of it, Rumi is the answer!
Just like the peppy energetic and power packed music by Sukhbir Paaji (Love you??????), the fragrance opens up with citruses - Lemon, Bergamot and Orange!
The element of ginger and tea in the heart with some cinnamon wakes you up in the Summer Monday Mornings.
In the dry down, some woody elements with a power pack of Ambrox and some ambery sweetness stays with you throughout the day. One can get some hints of tea collaborating with these two.
Overall, this is one of my favorites and go to fragrance this summer. It has a vibe of its own, a great scent and one of those perfumes you might consider for a signature scent!
One issue with it - being an Ambrox bomb, you might become nose blind and couldn't smell it. But I promise, being someone who sweats a lot and because of that fragrances not lasting on my clothing, this is really good! 7-8 hours in Delhi’s 45°C, what else do I want from my fragrance.
Nonetheless, wear this and dance onto your favourite song! Mazaa naa Aya, toh ek aur fragrance hai, wo btadunga???? Alexa, Play Ishq tera tadpave????????
